REFUND POLICY

Refund and Return Policy
 Eligibility for Returns:
    •    Time Frame: Customers can return items within 30 days of receiving the order.
    •    Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of perfume, used products cannot be returned.
    •    Receipt or Proof of Purchase: Customers must provide the order confirmation or invoice/receipt.

Process for Returns:
    •    Contact Us: Customers should contact customer service (earleandiellc@gmail.com) to initiate a return.
    •    Shipping the Return: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds:
    •    Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and notify you of the status. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
    •    Method of Refund: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
    •    Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items). 
Exchanges:
    •    We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Products:
    •    If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide photos and a detailed description. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
